Data we process

• Shop domain and encrypted offline access token.
• Product metadata (title, type, tags) required for context.
• Image URLs and generated alt text history.

How we use data

• Generate alt text and update Shopify images.
• Track usage, queue status, and billing totals.
• Provide audit history inside the dashboard.

Data retention

Stored data is limited to what is needed for app functionality. Uninstalling the app removes access tokens, image information and stops processing.

Security

Offline access tokens are encrypted at rest. The app only uses Shopify’s approved APIs and scopes.
